many other maps not listed here available in our library. Feel free to stop by
and see what else we have. For those researchers unable to come in but who would
like a copy of a specific map, please contact our
research department.
Maps are an essential tools – everyone needs a
roadmap or atlas of the state(s) and counties of research interest. The
primary function is to help locate places, (i.e. cemeteries where your
ancestors might be buried), to learn where they lived, worked, worshipped,
etc. are helpful when determining name changes of towns and villages. Make
sure to contact the map room at the recorder’s office for other Warren County
maps. They have extensive maps including conveyance maps archives (1910,
1977, 1978 and 1986) in paper format, Conveyance maps retired (2002-2007) in
digital format, conveyance maps active (current) in paper format, survey
records and drawings from 1817 to the current date, plat book drawings from
1850 to the current date, Virginia military survey books (1787-1836) and other
more recent maps located online in conjunction with the recorder’s office at
www.co.warren.oh.us/recorder/search
