Warren County Ohio Marriage Affidavits and Marriage Returns for 1854-1861 were recorded in a register identified as  "Marriage Record #1 1867-1872".  The affidavit names the bride & groom, indicates if the groom was over 21 and indicates if the bride was over 18.  The marriage return indicates who performed the marriage and the marriage date.  Parents are not named.

An abstract of these records was compiled by Ellen Van Houten & Florence Cole and published in 1986 in a 50 page book sorted by both bride and by groom which is available from the Warren County Genealogical Society as

"Warren County Ohio Marriage Records  1867-1872"

The entries in the book contain the names of the bride and groom, the marriage (or license) date plus the page and marriage record number from the original register.
