The prime objectives of The Early Settlers of Warren County, Ohio, are to identify and honor the memory of the early settlers of the county, and to show the proved pioneer's lasting mark on the county they helped develop, by honoring their descendants.
The research and work necessary to discovering the pioneers and their descendants is intended to foster and encourage increasing interest in the people who contributed in any way - great or small - to establishing the county, and in its customs, culture, genealogy and history. Requirements for membership
In the Early Settlers of Warren County
Current members of the Warren County Genealogical Society (WCGS) may apply for membership in The Early Settlers of Warren County. Applicants for The Early Settlers must complete an application form, showing their Warren County Pioneer Ancestor(s), listing their descent from the Pioneer Ancestor(s), and proving their descent and the Pioneer Ancestor(s) was in the area now known as Warren County between the dates of January 1, 1821 to December 30, 1882.

Original applications for membership in The Early Settlers of Warren County must be accompanied by a $15.00 application fee, which covers as many Early Settler Ancestors who settled in Warren County between January 1, 1821 to December 30, 1882, as the applicant can prove, either at that time, or later.
