The Court of Claims
handles specific suits against the state of Ohio and its agencies, personal
injury, property damage, contracts, discrimination, wrongful imprisonment and
wrongful deaths specific to Warren County. This court can handle claims
seeking less than $2500. The Court of Claims handles cases for the entire
state from one location in Columbus.
