Cemetery History

Listed in the phone book as the Union Township cemetery.  All burials from the Danberry (Old South Lebanon) Cemetery have been relocated to this cemetery. Deerfield Cemetery is owned and operated by the Trustees of Union Township and is located on a hill overlooking the Little Miami River just east of the village of South Lebanon. First known burial is of the Lytle’s infant children who died in 1801.  There are lots of veterans buried here.
